A Safe Space – Semesterprojekt 2021

Two millennial reflect on the pop culture they grew up with, and the possible links between media consumption and gender identity. The deeply misogynistic portrayal of Britney Spears during her most active years is now being understood to it's full extent. The comic is accompanied by a selection of media theory texts and conversations with Britney fans which were used for writing the story.
