Ingrid Superstar – Semesterprojekt 2021
Ingrid Superstar ist oder war eine Schauspielerin aus New York. Sie verschwand spurlos 1986. Sie wurde nie gefunden. Es gibt keine sicheren Quellen, wo sie her kam, wo sie hinging, wie ihr wirklicher Name war. Nur überliefert sind die Filme von Andy Warhol, in denen sie mitspielte. Ihr Name im Abspann fiel mir sofort auf: Ingrid Superstar.
Wer heißt denn so? Ingrid?
Ich wollte mehr über meine Namensvetterin wissen und näherte mich ihr zeichnerisch. Fakt und Fiktion, die Swinging Sixties und Astronomie, Geniekult und Ausbeutung vermischen sich zu einem graphischen Denkmal.
Die 36 Seiten sind mit Pinsel und Tusche gezeichnet und im Risographen gedruckt.

Ingrid Superstar is or was an actress from New York. She disappeared without a trace in 1986. She has never been found. There are no reliable sources where she came from, where she went, what her real name was. The only surviving records are the films by Andy Warhol in which she appeared. Her name in the credits immediately caught my eye: Ingrid Superstar.
Who's name is that? Ingrid?
I wanted to know more about my namesake and approached her through drawing. Fact and fiction, the Swinging Sixties and astronomy, genius and exploitation mingle to create a graphic monument.
The 36 pages are drawn with brush and ink and printed in risograph.
